How fast will I get my 100 shirts?
Share your quantity, decoration method, artwork, garment needs, and deadline in the quote. The team will confirm the production timeline for your specifications.
What file formats do you accept, and what if I don't have a vector file?
Vector files are preferred for the cleanest screen print: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF, and SVG. High-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher also works, especially for full-color designs. Our prepress team reviews every artwork file before production and will flag anything that could affect print quality. If you only have a raster file (JPG / PNG / low-res), the team will redraw it for free before we go to production — just send what you have.
What is included in the $499 / 100-tees front-and-back package?
The $499 package is 100 custom screen-printed tees with one design on the front and one design on the back. You can mix any size across XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL at no per-size upcharge, and youth and adult sizes can be combined in the same run. The garment is a standard tee — we confirm the exact style and color choice when you submit the quote. Final garment spec, ink colors per location, and exact size break are confirmed on the quote form before production.
How much is rush turnaround?
Rush requests are reviewed against your specifications, current capacity, garment availability, artwork, and deadline. Mention your deadline in the quote form notes, or call (818) 340-1357, so the team can confirm the available option.
Where can I pick up a completed order?
Free local pickup is available at 21352 Nordhoff St #106, Chatsworth, CA 91311 when the completed order is ready. LA-area delivery can be arranged for an additional fee.
