How early should we order event or concert shirts?
Share your event date as early as possible so the quote team can confirm garment availability, delivery or pickup, and the workable production timeline.
What artwork should we send for a concert or festival run?
AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG vector files are preferred. A high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or higher can also work. Send the tour, venue, sponsor, or event art you have and prepress will flag any adjustments before production.
Can we mix sizes for staff, volunteers, sponsors, and merch?
Yes. Mix adult and youth sizes across the 100 shirts, including XS through 3XL where available. Include the size breakdown in your quote so the team can confirm inventory for your run.
Is rush production available when an event is close?
Rush options are available for select orders. Tell us the load-in, doors, show, or festival date in the quote and the team will confirm the fastest workable schedule after reviewing artwork and garment availability.
